There has been an expressed interest in adult camp and/or lessons. Conducting personal lessons is cost prohibitive for most players so I'm looking into putting together a 3 day camp.
Obviously the more players we get the lower the individual cost. At this time the estimated approx. cost is $100/player for 3 hours class and 3 hours on ice. Which is approx. $17/hour for the clinic. I'd like to have min 10 and max 20 skaters and 2 goalies.
The camp would hopefully look like this:
Tentative schedule:
Thursday (730-830pm) Class - Intro, mechanics of skating/stride, individual skills
Thursday (9-10pm) Ice - Individual skills, stride, stick handling, shooting/passing
Friday (730-830pm) Class - Team game, strategy, roles, etc
Friday (9-10pm) Ice - individual and team warmup drills, Team concept drills, small area games
Saturday (730-830pm) Class - Recap Day 1 and 2, team draft,
Saturday (9-10pm) Ice - Semi controlled scrimmage 30 mins, scrimmage
When: Let me know and I'll see if we can get ice. If this works out I'll start scheduling clinics more regularly.
Potential options:
End of March in Clinton
Early, mid, late summer in Whitestown
